ORDERS

1/ I ordered something but want to cancel.

Once an order is purchased, it is automatically sent to our processing hub for fulfillment. Please select carefully and enter your correct details before purchasing. For more details, please refer to Shipping here, Return and Refund here

2/ I ordered something but want to change the order. 

You must contact us within 5 hours of purchase to change the item. Please kindly contact us here or send a support email to sawazo.com@gmail.com with your order number as the subject.

3/ Order processing.

Shipping – Order processing takes 3-7 business days.

4/ Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping.

Once an order has been shipped out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5/ How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It can sometimes take up to 3-5 days for your tracking number to become active. You can locate your tracking number here

6/ Do I have to pay sales taxes and duties?

When you purchase an item from us for delivery, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Sawazo. 

If you abandon your order, we will not re-ship it for free.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from sawazo.com, you are considered to be the ‘Importer of Record’ and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

RETURN

1/ I don’t like my item. Can I return it?

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the item(s), not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process once we have issued them.

2/ What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately here and you would be given a choice for us to reship you a replacement item.

3/ My order arrived but the items were wrong/damaged.

Please contact us here or send an email to sawazo.com@gmail.com with a photo of your items and your receipt. 

If we are at fault, we will send out the correct items at our cost. 

4/ My package is being returned in the mail, what do I do?

If we ship your order to the address you provided and it comes back to us, it will be processed as return to sender mail and you will be contacted at the email address provided. You will be given the option to reship to a valid address or a product refund. 

The original shipping costs cannot be refunded for items returned in the mail.

2/ Unreceived Confirmation Email

If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email or our contact form with your full name/shipping address name and we would help sort this out as soon as we can.

Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we would like to ask you to check them before contacting us.
